Traditional?

Anyone know of somewhere near to Calis that's a little more traditional Turkish but within east reach of Calis itself.

Having read a lot of the threads on here im worried Calis is a bit like Blackpool abroad? Cant stand the thought of chips with everything! The thread about "Turkish food in Calis whatever next" really surprised me as i thought there would be a lot more traditional places to try?

Rob.

The Mountain Lodge is lovely and yes about 35-40 mins to get there, in a lovely setting... and the villagers make you feel very welcome, just up from Mountain lodge in an old turkish house the old lady sitting outside always used to drag Stu and I in for a Cay and yak away in turkish, we could not understand a word she was saying!, but she was so sweet...when we left I always tried to leave her money but she would never accept it...such sweet people, then the trout farm and restaurant is further up, well it was the last time we went.
