There's not a huge choice available after the end of October, as most close for the winter. One that is open & who's hospitality I've enjoyed several times in the pre - apartment days, is the Yacht Plaza (also known as Yeni Yacht). It's just beyond the Ece Saray Hotel, so is within walking distance of the centre. ALternatively, the Karagozler dolmus will drop you on the doorstep

My Emlak has suggested a place but the reviews were not good, hence my search for something else, thanks again Guys.

Hi,

We are also buying this year and have used ATA Park Hotel out of season.

Central to Fethiye, great to get about, still has most services open. Food and service great but small rooms although we do not stay in room a lot.

Haggle on room price as they have came down a lot in the past.

Was out two weeks ago and back out in early Jan 2010.

The Sea Breeze in Hisarano would be more convenient for business in Overcek.A quality hotel, with all facilities for this time of year.

Sea Breeze I think is closing this Winter, but, do check as it is a great hotel.
The Doruk in Fethiye is a comfortable hotel and within easy reach of the Town.  When our clients have been over, that is where we have sent them and they have always been happy to stay there, whilst waiting to get into their new homes.
