Can anybody give me some info on the Dione apartments? is it close to the sea, bars, restaurants, shops etc?

I don't know "Dione" [?] but I do know where Ocean Beach is, I have an apartment there.
It's a new built (2008/2009) complex with 34 apartments in different size located behind the Sunset Beach club.
It's about 300 meters to the beach and 5-10 minutes walk to the end of the prom.
