Weekend away
« on: April 06, 2010, 15:04:23 PM »
We want to treat our daughter, son-in-law (turkish) & 3 year old grandson to a few nights 'away' when they come here for 3 weeks holiday in May/June. This is to give them a break from visiting relatives (both english & turkish) so they can have some family time to themselves. Any ideas please? Thank you  :)

If it's relaxing family time together then the Mountain Lodge at Tlos seems superb - it was discussed here with all contact details: {A Link to an old CBF topic was here - no longer available}31145

There's also the Club Tuanna (not sure about spelling) near Yaniklar. I'm sure there was a topic on here before and perhaps someone will know the correct name.
I've also heard that Mountain Lodge is good.

Majesty Club Tuana - it's a very nice all inclusive hotel, we stayed there for a few days. Nice pool, family rooms are excellent and the food was good :D

How about the Letoonia resort, lots to do for the kids and entertainment every evening in the Theatre.  Three private beaches and a choice of restaurants.

Only steps and slopes at the accommodation.  It did not bother us and I am sure a three year old would cope very well, three year old are, as I remember, very fit.  There where so many children staying when we were there and the staff arranged lots of events for them, we thought it an ideal place for children.

Jacqui we checked out the Letoonia on Wednesday and really liked it. The gardens are beautiful and there are so many activities available if you want to take advantage of them.
Thank you for your suggestion and we are going to check out the others recomendations soon  :)
