I saw this topic earlier today and didn't answer in hope that someone else might reply.

Friends of ours stayed there last year and had a terrible time.

On arrival all fine, but thereafter the diary comes out for booking your evening meal(s) for the whole week. deposits are taken too.

The hotel don't like or want you to eat outside the hotel and became very silly saying they are a new hotel and would do anything for the business.

Friends stayed for food but soon found out that they were paying 3x for everything and when asking to pay for the bill were told the owner was expected tomorrow and he would take the money.

It took 3 days before our friends left and found another hotel.

Dolphin also offer free swimming at the hotel next door. But when you come back from the hotel to the Dolphin they asked our friends for 20tl pp.

we booked it as we had lunch there last year, they seemed very friendly, even let us use one of there rooms to have a shower after are day on the beach, we also spoke to a couple of guests who had really enjoyed their stay. hopefully we will have a good experience, only booked because we got good deal on flights a couple of months ago and just wanted somewhere cheap to stay by the beach, only paid a little over £500 for flights, 10 nights halfboard and transfers. still got are main holiday to look forward to in sept ,ovacik for 17 nights, cant wait
