i am looking for diretions and  location of hotel tugay and is it in walking distance of calis beach  thank you ray

It is on the next road over from the beach, so yes very much in walking distance.
It also has some good reports on Trip Advisor....

Stayed there in June, very nice,peaceful location -rooms cleaned every day, new towels every day, staff very friendly & the owner, Ilpay will go out of his way to accommodate any special requirements you may have & on the real plus side, there's a mini fridge in all the rooms.Five minute walk from the front & a lovely little bar/restaurant just opposite the hotel, ran by a guy named Erdal -spotlessly clean & all the food is cooked on the grill.

Is the Tugay just further up the road from the Pelin? On the same side?

if you walk from oykun towards the pelin along the main road , go past the pelin on your right go on up to the traffic lights then its on your right just off the main road
