Correct Keith. What's wrong with a good debate? Why do people get upset and take offense because someone has a different opinion to them?

I'm sure both Colwyn and Mike would be the first to buy be a beer when we meet in Calis (can't blame me for trying)

Oh - and it is always nice to have a discussion without resorting to name calling and rudeness.

I would buy you a nice beer in Calis Stoop (if we could find one) ;)

I think there's so much talk of 'Political Correctness' that it has made people more sensitive, so then then are more likely to be offended.  Add to that the culture of not taking responsibility for one's actions and you end up with a pretty sick society.

And yes, I haven't met a Muslim offended by Christmas.  I HAVE met Muslims that give Christmas cards and mince pies and join in with the festive spirit.

The Irish are offended because they now have to go cap in hand to Europe to stay afloat.
