Following the Coalition Government's decisions to throw hundreds of thousands public servants out of work, treble student fees so they begin their careers with massive debt, cut school improvement,  programmes leaving them to rot, cutting state old age and public pensions, etc. etc. that smarmy git Cameron is now going to spend £2 million of our money asking us how happy we are. I hope they include the question "Where should the Prime Minister shove his Big Society?".

:D  sad that they have to spend that amount of money to gauge the feeling of the nation.  Perhaps opening their eyes (difficult as they are so far up their own *****) and look around....

And with the hundreds of thousands of public servants being thrown out of their jobs and joining contractors, who will then be employed by the government to do the jobs that the public servants were doing, at double the rate they were on before. But on paper the government saved the salaries of hundreds of thousands of staff. A few years will go by and the government will realise that they can save money, by doing away with the contractors and directly employing the same staff that they just got rid of, and so the cycle goes on. Seen it with government departments all my working life.

The Conservative government will spend 2 million pounds finding out if we are happy and it is Labour's fault? You will have to help us by explaining that one Stoop.
