My friend has asked me to help her find some nice, respectable, English tenants for her house in Gunlukbasi. She is leaving Fethiye for a while due to family health issues and doesn't want her house to stand empty.
The house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex just one street back from the main road. It is near to the shops and transport, but is in a nice quiet neighbourhood.
Consists of:
Big lounge, with open kitchen.
1 large bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom.
2 bathrooms, 1 with bath, the other with shower.
There is an enclosed balcony/sun room at the back
and an open terrace at the front with a small garden
The house is fully furnished, including washer, fridge, dishwasher, cooker, and TV. She will also leave some crockery, saucepans, cutlery etc.
It will be available from early April and she is looking for a careful tenant who will respect her home and who wants to rent for a minimum of 12 months.
