The best way to make pasta is 10% semolina flour and 90% double zero flour.Use 1kg flour 12 egg yolks plus 4 full eggs no water. This makes a nice rich pasta, after rolling and cutting ,refrigerate overnight before cooking for no more than 4 mins. This can also be frozen prior to rolling out

Lance, just Google "homemade pasta". There's plenty of advise about what types of flours can be used. If I remember right, Migros used to sell Durum wheat flour which is what most commercially produced pasta's made from.

WTF is pasta pete ?
