Yes they are aware Colwyn and most seem very excited! There's a FB page that's been running since last year for this hotel!

A friend of mine stayed at Sensatori in Crete and his daughter stayed at the one in Sharm El Sheik and they both really enjoyed their holidays  8)

Seems they were booking off plan this time last year for it too ....wonder where those people ended up?

That's right they were and we had a topic on here too with a debate over where the beach they showed on their web site actually was and we concluded  it was in fact Kıdrak Beach which is in between Ölüdeniz and Lykia World.

we will wait and see, I for one won't be holding my breathe. has the Hilton got it's golf course springs to mind.

Any news in this? Sensatori are building one in 'Fethiye' but I hear it's been delayed until 2015. Could it yet be the land opposite the Surf Cafe?

Has anything progressed down that end?

Stoop, I believe the land behind the Surf Club (next to Sunset Beach) belongs to Hanel - they are also planning to build a hotel there - at some point.

Just returned from Koca calis 3 new villas going up by the blue bridge and marvi kent online price £220,000.00 pounds no way will they get that,the other 3 that's been built along by the pelin hotel where they have built the pools across the pavement may have issues with the belediye price £186,000 00.

Do you mean just along from the Alperin Hotel in Koca Calis?
