Assuming that these are weeds but can anyone tell me if I am correct or not please?
The tallest stem is about 4ft high.

They look rather like the Alium I have in my garden - a form of decorative onion. They grow from bulbs. I would be delighted to have such "weeds" in my garden.

Yes, definitely Allium family. Related to onions and garlic.
