Found it. Been hunting for twenty years and finally tasted it at the new flora and fauna coffee house in Uzumlu.
Not sure what to do for the next twenty years though

Cafe Cafe in Fethiye also have very good coffee.  If you want an iced coffee the Mozaik Bahce has the best I have tasted.

They do indeed Mercury. We tried iced coffee all over Calis/Fethiye last month. But our fauourite was Car Cemetery in Fethiye!    :)

Kuner (at the dolphin roundabout)  did great coffee/cappuccino last year but now they serve a layered coffee in a latte glass and try to tell me if I mix it up it's a cappuccino - eh?
