Hillsborough

Well today that national disgrace, known as "The Hillsborough Disaster " reaches some sort of conclusion. Maybe the families

will find out the truth, I wonder whether they will ever get justice. So many people have had to endure a 27 year sentence.

A momentous day for the families kevin3.

I can only hope they get some sort of closure. 27 years is a disgrace. :(

I hope that the families do now have closure.  If it was me I suspect I wouldn't have any closure until those in the police, press, judiciary and other agencies who covered up and  lied not just about what went on, but expressed or implied terrible lies about the supporters themselves, are prosecuted for their part in this tragic event and its aftermath.

Still buying Murdoch's Sun anyone??

I was a teenager when did happened so only had a vague knowledge about the event until I saw a documentary a few months ago.
What a horrible disaster it was and so unnecessary!

I can remember settling down to watch the match and as events unravelled it was shock horror. You felt helpless  watching, wanting to be there just to help. 27 years later finally some closure for the families. The only Sun I relate to usedbustickets is the one in the sky.  ;)
