Title: Attaturk Statue Goes Yellow!

The Attaturk statue in Uzumlu has gone yellow from head to toe. Is there any significance to this somewhat alarming and surprising sight?

Our pine tree is belching out pollen every time it is knocked.  I suspect the haze over the area is pine pollen.  Our terrace and pool were coated in it.  Even the dogs had yellow lipstick.

LOL reminds me of the time that the sea all along
Olu Deniz had this yellow slick, I was outraged
thinking that a large quantity of paint had been
spilt out at sea...untill someone explained about
the pine pollen :-\

Chris i think they found a tin of paint that no one wanted, Attaturk seems to be pointing at the paint shop!!!!

LOL the wizard of oz comes to mind and the yellow brick road anyone seen dorothy :D
