Post by: lance on August 01, 2010, 19:34:04 PM: I always used to make my own cheesecake in u.k. havent tried it over here ,what is used in place of mascaponi or cream cheesen or can you get them here . ;)

At least 3 times the size of the ones they sell in the UK and sooooo delicous... for that extra buzz top with Kaymak cream (tastes and is as good as real Cornish clotted cream) :o :D :) :o :D

The cream cheese from Bims is great.
