I have a turkcell mobile and dongle. I may not be back in Turkey within 6 months - can I top up from UK to keep numbers 'live'?

I top mine up on line from my bank account - "load units" option on TEB internet banking - and have done it in the UK.

Do you have internet banking as I am sure that would then do the job from anywhere in the world?

Dont know about the phone but the dongle can be topped up after 6 months My son recently came out and just loaded the dongle no problem after 9 months of not using

You can top your phone up online via your internet banking as Ian says. You need to get your phone opened for roaming and get a password set up before you go back to UK, any Turkcell shop will do this for you, but as far as I know you can't top up a dongle this way ..... unless somebody knows different?
