Coming out to Turkey in June 15 to look at property around the Calis beach area, could anyone advise on good tips, also booked up with two estate agents being Turkish Property and Ocean Estates, could anyone advise of any other.

Interturk Estates, they are the best and most trusted.  Cenk (pronounced Jenk) is a member of this Forum and one of the good guys, never heard a bad word against him.  His offices are in the Main Street of Calis Beach.
Be careful of some areas around Koca Calis which are prone to flooding.
