Title: Left bag on Dolmus
Post by: maclarke1 on September 28, 2016, 07:32:05 AM
Morning, not sure if in right section, but I left a bag on a dolmus from Fethiye to Calis - does anyone know if there is a "lost & found" area at dolmus station please?

It used to be where the Gunlukbasi dolmus starts behind the Fethiye mosque. Not sure now its council though but theyll maybe point you in the right direction.

Google translates " lost bag " as "Kayip Çanta"
I would imagine they would be able to help if you spoke in English though.  :)

Good luck maclarke.   Many years ago we left a parcel in the cafe at the dolmus terminal, got back to Hisaronu,

realised and mentioned to a Turkish friend. He made a phone call and one hour later a smiling dolmus driver

delivered it to us in Hisaronu. Some very honest folks in Turkey.         :)
