Title: Just how can restaurants afford to do this.
Post by: Jacqui Harvey on June 01, 2017, 09:25:02 AM
I think things must be pretty desperate in Hisaronu at the moment.  This breakfast is being offered  for £1.00.   I don't know how a restaurant could afford to do this and still stay solvent.  :o :'(

For breakfast?   It is a promotion for a few weeks, normal price is £3.00.  Even that is so cheap.   They are advertising Efes a 8TL too.

I asked a popular restaurant in Icmeler once why they sold their breakfasts so cheaply.. He said they made it on the coffees and they hoped that it was a good advert for people to come back for theit evening meals which were not a "bargain price".If it is an all day breakfast then people stay to drink beer..

It had gone up to 10TL when I went in yesterday.
