The bi-annual tax increase on alcohol been announced, and it's a 7.8% jump this time - will add about 5tl to the price of a bottle of Raki. No idea how much it will add to that horrible brew that does a bad impression of a pilsner, but it will increase.
No increase in tobacco products apparently as it makes the inflation figure look bad. What a surprise...
