Title: Help needed to get a street dog to the UK

There is a street dog in calis named Bingo and a lady called Mandy Tipple has fallen in love with him and wants to adopt him and take him back to the UK. He was chipped and vaccinated today however the person who was going to look after him for 4 months fell through. Bingo needs a home for 4 months until the state vet clears his pet passport. If anyone is able to help can you please contact Mandy via Facebook or Annie at animal aid who knows the situation.
