Hello All,

After monitoring and reading for a while, we've finally decided to join in!

We're from Birmingham and bought our house in Calis from Xanadu last March. It still needs a lot of work, so if any of you can recommend a decent, reputable, non rip-off builder, we would be grateful.

We're coming over on 17 May and are up for buying the Efes at Anna's bar (we know it well!).

Welcome to the site. Where is your place in Calis? We purchased ours from Xanadu when she worked for Turkish estate last August. Went back out in Oct to furnish etc. Going out at Easter. Can't wait.

We think wer've met you....... do you remember a very hot day last July at Fethiye harbour... we were going home.... and you were with Xanadu getting ripped off with the orange juice??

We also bought from Xanadu when she was with Turkish Estates.

Just so we think you are the right people... is(or was) Keith a teacher?

We don't know our house address - it's the blue and white one near the Aquapark!

Are you going out this year and if so, can we buy you a beer at Anna's?

That would be really great, would appreciate it very much, having someone dependable would be really nice without having to bother Heidi and Muko to hold our hands all the time to get quotes etc.

Christine and Keith, sorry I didn't read your message properly, saying that you're going over at Easter, sorry we're going to miss you 'coz I really do think we've met already.

Hi Hazel,

Having just read that last message - it doesn't read very well! I'm not for one minute suggesting that we're going to depend on you... I hope everything goes OK and you really enjoy yourselves, but who wouldn't in Calis?? Please give Mrs Yildiz all our love when you see her and tell her I can't wait to see her again in May.
