Mercury - it is always a bit risky if someone asks you to fire their bullets. I try to avoid that; but that is being wise after the event.

This is the same company as Infinity Express Construction same directors who I have found do not keep there promises and lie so perhaps they are selling cheap jewelry at inflated prices to cover the losses of the construction side, then I may be biased as I own an Infinity house:(:(

So glad to see people defending Infinity who we consider to be honourable.

Also well done to Mercury for her follow up post. :)

We have used them in the past as we were recommended by some friends who have used them quite a bit and never had any problems. I got my watch serviced (auto) and I saved quite a bit on the UK price. Only problem I had was it wasn't ready when I went back to the shop so I had to leave it in Turkey (Tag - so I was a bit worried). However they sent it via international courier and I received one very clean watch back. Final problem was I had to pay £38 import duty which I was told would not happen. Infinity gave my mate the money when he went out and I got it back within a fortnight of asking.

I would use them again but would take my watch in much earlier next time  :)

I am really surprised at this as i have dealt with Infinity for over 20 years.
I find the quality and price brilliant and i have even exchanged previous purchases when i got bored with them.
The most important thing was she did get a refund.
If this business was not reputable they would not have given the money back.
At least they do give you a 5 year written guarantee and a proper valuation.
Not like some of the shops who just write it on their business card......

Returned from holiday in June having bought two items from Infinity. Just had them valued back in the uk and both items have been valued at several thousand pounds more than we paid for them. We have bought many items from Infinity over the years and the result is always the same. We have never ever been let down by Infinity. They have always provided excellent service over and over again.
