We're off tomorrow to see aload of grossly overweight Turks get greased up and wrestle each other at Seki. This is a serious question - did the ski resort there ever come to any thing? And if so are there any signs to it so we can go and have a look? Thanks

Chris- we stopped off in Seki last week on our way to Pammukale. Nothing to see at all although it sounds like you might see more sights than we did.

If you're going to the Oil Wrestling, aim to be there in the later afternoon or evening. It doesn't really get going until then because it's cooler.

Had a great afternoon watching seemingly intellgent adults pouring copious amounts of Mazola cooking oil down their y fronts and then grappling one another! Had not one clue what was going on - a bit like a Turk going to Lords! No sign of any ski lifts so will put the salupets on hold!
