The first consignment of English children's books were delivered to Patlangic School in Fethiye yesterday by members of the committee. All of these books had kindly been donated to the Carnival Committee by supporters following a request from the school for books to help the Turkish students with their English studies. A big thank you to everyone.
If anyone has any unwanted English children's books in good condition that they are able to donate, the Carnival Committee would still love to hear from you as we are now collecting books to help the Turkish students at other schools in Calis/Fethiye and the surounding villages.
Books can be dropped off at the Nil Bar or Cafe Soul Restaurant in Calis or at Kismet Bar or Vartur Estates in Fethiye or please contact me through my profile or through our website e-mail address at info@caliscarnival.com
