20 - 25 minutes by car......

I suspect you would need to change dolmus at the bus station...?.......

You need to catch the dolmus to Fethiye and get off at the main Ovacik Dolmus stop behind the Mosque. You then have to walk uphill from the Dolmus stop to the one-way road and turn left away from the town centre, after about 5 minutes you will come to a set of traffic lights with a petrol station on your right hand side, turn right at the lights and you will find a Dolmus station behind the garage. You can catch the Uzumlu Dolmus there, the place for the Uzumlu Dolmus is clearly marked but any problems someone will point the stop out to you. Have a good trip and enjoy the visit to Uzumlu.

Phil, why not get off the Ovacik bus at the Tuesday market, on the way into Fethiye and just walk across the road, trust you rambler folk to want to take the long route!

Or get off at the "Migros Traffic Lights" and change buses.

Never thought of that, I've only used the Dolmus to and from Uzumlu once so not an experienced Dolmus user anymore. It's these walks we are doing, I just enjoy walking. I  missed a turning yesterday on the Winehouse walk at Nif and made everyone walk another 300 yards in the sun, I don't think I was very popular at that moment.Still it made them appreciate the cold Efes when we finished!!
