House sales new rules

Hi everyone it would be realy helpfull if someone could post a copy
of the map showing the effected area,We own land in uzumlu and would be intreseted to know if this is in the affeced area.
Calvin my help me with this our land is next to he's villa.

Andylad has just been round to our house with a copy of the map of the affected area.  I have tried to scan it in without any success, so I have photographed it and am hoping Tinx can post it for me when I have e-mailed it to him.  Should be on here soon, fingers crossed.

Basically all the map shaded in green is the problem area,so anyone with villas / land within this area at the moment cannot sell to foreigners, only Turkish people.This area of land was parcelated by the goverment in 1996 and given 10% building permission, but the goverment left an agricultural clause on the old paperwork which is apparently causing this problem.We are in the process of trying to get this clause removed and are hoping for some sort of answer next week.

I have been up on my land in Uzumlu putting for sale signs up,and on each occasion there has been other property owners walking around their property and not once has any neighbour spoke to me about this problem i'm so glad i'm on this site or i would not know anything about this problem lets hope the clause is removed or I will be taking legal action against the person who sold me this land as he was a member of the belediya. Im in UK at moment but will keep up to date via this site thanks to everyone for the detailed information

The question that springs to my mind is how were the individual plots sold to us foreigners in the first place? Methinks something was definately dodgey when none of this appeared on anyones searches!!
