How long you been in Uzumlu?
We are buying a plot and building villa (hopefully if all goes well)
We have been all over Turkey and fell in love (my wife) with village, people seem so friendly.

Have you any advice!!!!

Yes

Buy nothing until the land has been checked out by a solicitor appointed by you, and don't think builders are all the same. If you get the land checked out and find a builder rather than someone who thinks they are, you will avoid potentially the most stressful time of your life
