As the ladies keep fit classes have been so successful, some of you guys don't want to be left out..... so a new class will start this Friday at 10am at the pink school cost 3 lira per session.

So come along, get fit, loss weight and get rid of those beer bellies.

Enjoyed all the funny comments.....the friday class is now going to be a
mixed class because we don't think you CHICKEN'S will turn up.
