Which Bars/Restaurants provide entertainment in the summer and what type? We don't really want to see "Michael Jackson" more than once(!) and would love somewhere to hear live musicians playing some smooth Jazz or similar and a good vocalist.
Our friends are staying in Ovacik and we are in Calis so we have the option of both places - any ideas please? I did try a search but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Four Seasons in Ovacik have live entertainment on Saturday's and Monday's - 2 vocalists and dancers - very good entertainment but it does get busy so it's adviseable to book. The owner Muhammet is playing Saz at the Calis Carnival concert on Sunday

Ooh I'm staying in Ovacik in June, will give four seasons a try It's nice to listen and watch something while you're eating, saves me feeling silly sat there on my own like billy no mates, lol

When in June Jenny? We'll watch out for you if we go up there - our friends are staying at Bougainvilla Complex (I've no idea where that is or even if it's close to Four seasons)

The 'Bogazici' on Fethiye promenade had live music most evenings last year.We havn't been this year yet as we've heard the standards of food and service have slipped a bit. Might be worth a try.

I like the tents in Calis for a bit of live Turkish music. They do great kebabs and salad too.

Bostons on Calis seafront have entertainment every Saturday and do a superb bar-b-q. Food is selected and cooked to order, steak, fish, chops, liver, chicken and fantastic mezzes. It is by far the best bar-b-q food you will get.

Bougainvilla complex is at the start of Ovacik not far from the petrol station if that helps.
