When you buy bottles of Efes from supermarkets they charge the deposit price too. You can return your empty Efes bottles to local bakal's (markets) and reclaim the 'deposit' price back again. This is the reason why people go through the bins and hunt out the efes bottles in the first place... to claim the deposit.
