Anyone who would be interested in renting longterm would probably be thinking of buying/building in the village. If they have any sense they would have asked around re: living here and/or have probably read the CBF and would know it has been a bit of a burlglary hotspot (although things have died down recently, touch wood).
Even if they didn't know about the problem I wouldn't be 'coy' enough NOT to mention it. Same as I have mentioned the access. So, thanks for the advice but it stays.
