Looking at loads of properties but difficult to judge the vicinity to the village.  Seems there are lots of new builds around.  Ideally we're looking for something which is a stroll from village life or even located in the village.  We don't want to be isolated at all - we like to mix.

Lots to chose from - what are you looking for ? apartments, villa, traditional ?

I think that you will not find new builds within the confines of the village as this is not allowed only refurbished properties are allowed, there are some new builds down the Caddianda road. Good luck with your search.

Hello, thanks for the feedback.  We're not necessarily looking for new build - we quite like the idea of refurbed or older property as an established garden with fruit trees would be superb.  It just seems a bit scary that there seems to be a lot of new stuff going up everywhere - hopefully it wont spoil the village life.  Dop you live in Uzumlu?

Well we're not looking for an apartment - villa, traditional is good. Minimum 2 bedrroms with 2 bathrooms or shower rooms, nice garden pool or approval to have one installed and not isolated 8)]

Blissy if you are looking for traditional the best bet is in the centre of the village.  Lots of old houses there for renovation projects.  Best to take a trip out and do your research, some of the best deals wont be found on agency websites.  Its a case of who you know in the village..
