I went last year with a Turkish friend and we had a ball. I fell in love with Uzumlu and often visit there for the day throughout the year. This year I am planning on going to the festival again and introducing some of my other friends not only to the mushroom festival, but also to one of the prettiest and friendliest places I know.

And the Pide at Soylu Pide are to die for!

Yes Calvin, you are very right about the time but they are trying to make sure everything before put on web page so I will announce whenever I have any news asap...but I only can say about the mushroom hunting will be 6-7th April with the specialists which has to booked before who would like to join...

When is the festival? Website is saying 8 -10 April but other dates are being said on the forum.

Fest will be 8-9-10th April, 2011
Morel Mushroom Hunting days are on 6-7th April, 2011
