Uzumlu -places to see

A really lovely place to visit.  Normally get the dolmus up to Uzumlu and have a lazy walk around.  They also have a few places to eat and drink too.

We have driving up to Cadianda but where does the walk start from?

Do you walk past Wine House and keep going up the hill?

Please advise.

From the Winehouse as you say keep going up the hill and follow red and white way markers .Good place for a rest is the tombs ,then again follow the red and white signs to Cadianda!! Enjoy

I know the little pide in town (excellent value as well) where do you go from there to get to the Winehouse.

There is a regular dolmus from near our apartment (near Kipa) - anyone know how often they run and how much it is to get to Uzumlu?

The  Winehouse is just off the square, if you keep the mosque on your left and keep going up the hill for 100 metres you cannot miss it!!

Currently back home in the UK doing a final 9 months work before drifting into semi-retirement - my job with a quango ends then after 10 years - had a good run  

3 holidays booked for April - June and Sept and then a one way flight (will do 6 months and then come home for July & Aug - too hot for me!!) with TC for Jan 2nd.
