Slimming in Uzumlu

The slimming classes have begun in Uzumlu and there has been a great weight loss after the first month.  

I am really grateful to Helen for coming all the way from Tasyaka to Uzumlu once a fortnight to weigh us.

If anyone else is interested the next meeting is on 29th June at Musti's (Cadianda Restaurant)  11am.  10TL for the 1st meeting and 5TL therafter.  Proceeds to Animal Aid

We can all have bikini bodies in no time!!!

Yes I have to agree with Michelle a great big thank you to Helen for coming all that way ,and it does work. The weight is coming off.
Helen gives you some good tips and recipes so why not give it a try and come along to the next meeting its all in a good cause .
