Needed to buy a new washing machine and went into the Beko shop opposite Eren Spot. Told the salesman I wanted just a basic machine, he showed me a couple and explained the difference, one just cold fill, other both hot and cold fill.He was very helpful, not at all pushy, gave me a good price, for cash payemnt, and offered immediate delivery. I went over to Eren to compare, but found them to be more expensive and other makes,I have always had Arcelik and Beko machines and never had a problem with service, so decided to stick with Beko. Machine delivered and fitted, old one taken away. Would go back to them, probably soon as my fridge seems to be on its last legs!
