For all those who have been attending Cadianda on Thursday 4-6pm, because we have found it unsuitable with the carpet on the floor for movement!! Lessons will now take place at the Winehouse same day, same time.

It will be possible to have lessons once a week on a sunday evening starting in January, here in Uzumlu, if there are the numbers to make it worth while and fun, although a suitable venue needs to be be found.

It is a good form of keep fit.

Anyone interested please let me know.

Both men & women welcome of course.

Its a great way of working out, gentle excersize without leaving the floor and jumping around.......

Also a great way to get some kilo,s off,I have now lost 18 kilo since starting to line dance.Uzumulu is a little to far for me,but I do dance at Hisaronu and Calis.
