As you say Ian a very brave statement, but reeking of common sense.  Will we see this honourable institution disappearing in the near future.  I do hope not, Turkey needs a body with a balanced view point to get rid of this dictatorship governing the country.  If we can only believe the forthcoming elections will be a fair representation of what the Turkish people really want and need.  Sadly I think not.
