Dehydration powers

I am over in a few weeks, last year I got some sachets of dehydration powders from the chemist which where brilliant ,don't normally take these but due to the excessive heat needs must.Can someone put a name to these please as I have forgotten.Thanks.

They're REhydration powders and you can get them at Boots in the UK including most of their branches at airports. Ask for electrolyte or isotonic powder.

However, if you drink plenty of water and eat sensibly when you're in Turkey you shouldn't need to use them.

Alternatively  you could wait until you arrive and  buy them here as I am sure they would be  cheaper and I know they are just as effective.  GE-ORAL   REHIDRATASYON TOZU  from any chemist

Ge-Oral those are the ones I had last year good for replacing lost salts and minerals

I drink Ayran (Water,little yoghurt and pinch of salt) if the heat starts to make me feel poorly.I would never drink this in England but the extreme heat changes my appetite.Lots of cafes sell this freshly made or in bottles.I noticed that this is what the children drink at school break time.If you make it the recipe is 2cups yoghurt,half cup water and a pinch of salt.
