Change of address on residency permits

Does anybody know the procedure for changing the address on the old style RP's

I plan to get Yakup to do it for me but I was just curious to what the procedure was. I've contacted Yakup on another matter recently and he was very helpful, just don't want to bother him again. We'll bet here in four weeks  so I'll see him then.

You just go to the Nufus offıce wıth passport and tapu/rental agreement and passport/resıdency. They update theır system and all gov depts can access the changes. Dıd ıt ın June. Also go and regıster wıth the Muhtar ıf you have changed area.

Nufus office don't charge anything, Muhtar depends on area, the Foca one used to charge 30TL per person and you needed 2 photo's  but that was a few years ago, probably around 50TL now.

Dıd not pay anything to our Muhtar. Nufus Offıce ıs free as Lee Glo says and easy to do yourself you wont need help.
