Hello
Has anyone got a recipe for ottoman chicken please? It's the one with the lovely sauce and cheese on top but not with currants in.!

Cook chicken and rice. Pour on currantless cheese sauce.

ok...so I havent been eating ottoman chicken..have I been eating Anatolian chicken? The one I have had has been, chicken and sauce with cheese on top?
Any ideas please..it didnt have rice in it.but rice as a side.

Turkish cuisine is huge, but this is definitely not 'house' food. Think each chef creates different dishes, so what is Ottoman  or Anatolian chicken in one place will not necessarily be the same in another. Doesn't detract from the delicious taste though, I am sure!
