hi all for some reason I have had my password blocked on internet banking have been asked to ring a number but the number on the website does not work is there another to contact them 8) 8)

This may be because you are phoning from outside Turkey. Local branches as far as I know can't help with internet banking issues but they may be able to give you a land line number for the customer services for internet banking.
Also I had my access to Garanti bank denied because I hadn't checked it for more than 3 months - I don't know if the other banks do the same but now I routinely check my accounts via internet banking just to be on the safe side.
