Hi
Have both sterling and lira accounts with Finans and would like to set up Internet Banking however we just cannot get through to anyone by phone. Have searched through the forum and dialled a couple of numbers that were recommended but it either keeps ringing or when going through to the option so that you speak to someone English it cuts out. I wondered if anyone has a contact name and email address that I could use so I can through that route instead?
Also I want to transfer some money over to the UK. Our lira account has the most in it - should I transfer it in the sterling account before transferring to the UK or just transfer straight from the lira account to the UK?
Any help you can give me would be much appreciated. Barbara :)
