My current Digiturk Digibox is 6 years old and getting very slow and outdated. I want to buy a new one - does it have to be set up for my account or can I just buy one and instal it normally?

Phone digiturk and they should replace it for you.  Not sure if they charge for a new one, but, if the old one is not working properly, they may well not.
