Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, tidy painter in the Calis area. We might want our exterior painting this spring.

After years of searching and trying , last year we found these painters who did a great job. We also have the exterior of our villa painted.
Their names are Ahmet and Mehmet and the number of Ahmet is (0533) 930 88 44 .
I can highly recommend them.

I don't know their surnames , sorry. One of them wears glasses and is from Bodrum they said. The other one is from Fethiye. They are a good team.

We got Paul Cherry's company to paint our Villa and they did a lovely job, best we have seen and they don't use cheap paint. Paul is British and has a building company in the area.

I can thoroughly recommend Ahmet and Mehmet, they are professional painters. I dont recommend very often but at least 12 of my friends have had their villa's painted by them inside and out. There is no mess, they dont want to chat and keep stopping for chi. They use top quality materials too. One of them might have come from Bodrum, but both live locally. When they finished our villa, they kept going out to the road and looking back. They then painted our gate because they said it let the rest of the finish down!!

Don't know if it's the same Mehemet, but the afore mentioned I can highly recommend . Mehemet Bademoglu's no. Is 05395554507

What's the the going rate for painting a villa ?

It's based on the EPI (Efes Price Index) but the May trading figures haven't been released yet.

Get estimates from the people mentioned. No one can tell anyone else what a Painter is going to charge them.
We got an estimate first and then samples of the paint to be used before we said yes to Paul Cherry. We did have the Villa painted before by a local guy and it was not the best job as the paint was not good quality, also Phil spent ages going around scrapping paint off places it should not have been.
We are not very happy with the Paint job that was done last Summer and it looks as good as when it was first done.
