Winter Time


I hate it!!!

   I don't mean Britain in winter with cold, and naked trees, and migratory birds, and root vegetables, and hearty stews and all that. I love all that stuff. I mean time: on the clock, going back to GMT, and all it brings. Quarter to six tonight and its dark! Vile. Putting the bins out for tomorrow's collection and can't see a damned thing. Horrible.

   I hope the Scots get their wish to have another referendum. Not just because they seem to be a nice bunch of people who don't deserve to be subjugated by the hideous right wingers occupying the London government but also because they are the main stumbling block to abolishing Winter Time. GO SCOTS!!!

 We could campaign for solar powered lighting on the bins.  I don't think the Scots will let us keep them in the dark.
