Lee, the new Billy's bar is actually below what was the Adrian Beach Hotel (can't remember the new name for it at the mom). The Delta is next door over Bella Mamas.

I think it's now the Aquila Beach Hotel, Liz.

Thanks both I realise my mistake,  Thank God I didn't do that on FB I would of been hung drawn & quartered for it   ;)

In fairness the angle does make it look like the frontage of the Delta
