Hi

We are Gavin and Margaret from Birmingham.

We are at present booked to holiday in Calis end May but are now thinking of coming over in April before the hoardes of tourists.

We are thinking of buying as a holiday home that hopefully will prove self sufficientish through rental income.
We are interested in Telmessos or similar and have a couple of questions :-

1) Are there limitations as to when you can stay in your apartment or are there months where the complexes close?

2) Are properties on complexes freehold or leasehold?

3) Any advice on similar complexes to visit.

4) When do charter flights to Dalaman start?

This site has proved invaluable for further information taken already and I am sure that when these questions are answered I will have a few more.
Oh 1 more will I get to see English football in the bars?

Many Thanks

Gav & Maggie   :)

Hello hillg1968, welcome to the Forum, in answer to your questions:
1 No limitations as to how long you want to stay in your Villa/apartment, (apart from not overstaying your 3month Visa) all complexes are open all year round though obviously very quite in the Winter months.
 2.  Freehold
 3.  Plenty of choice of other Complexes depending on your budget
 4.  JMC appear to be the 1st charter flight starting the 2nd April to Dalaman, other charter,s start beginning of May.

Hope this has been of some help to you  Marly :)
